Shipping Policy for Escaro Royale



Thank you for choosing Escaro Royale for your luxury footwear needs. Since we craft each pair by hand when you place an order, the production time is 8 days. The shipping time is 4-5 days with a total time about 14 days from the date of order. See below for details. 

Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:

1. Processing Time:

  • Customised or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; details will be communicated upon order confirmation.


2. Shipping Rates:

  • We offer free standard shipping to any part of contiguous United States on orders exceeding US$200; check our website for current promotions.
  • In many cases, where the customer requires expedited delivery, we charge non refundable US$25 as extra shipping and handling charges. 
 3. Shipping Methods:
  • We provide various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. We use DHL and Fedex and other reputed delivery services for delivering our parcels. 
4. Estimated Delivery Time after dispatch
  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 4 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination, local customs, and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking:
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our delivery partners and our customer service also keeps you updated on the delivery of your parcel. For questions related to tracking, please email us at care@escaroroyale.com
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
6. International Shipping:
  • We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping and handling fees are US$ 20. 
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, any other charges or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

7. Shipping Delays:
  • Escaro Royale is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, customs issues, political disturbances or carrier disruptions.
8. Shipping Address:
  • Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. Escaro Royale is not responsible for packages undelivered due to error in shipping address. 
9. Missing or Damaged Items:
  • In the rare event of missing or damaged items, contact our customer support team at care@escaroroyale.com within 48 hours of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

10. Returns and Refunds:
  • Review our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returning items and obtaining refunds.
  • Please note that there is US$25 shipping,  handling and re-stocking fee for returns not arising from manufacturing defects. 
11. Orders only shipped on Monday – Saturday
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
