Cancellation Policy

We strive to delight each one of our valued customers with exceptional service.We have a fair return policy that allows for returns and exchanges in compliance to our terms and conditions.

Order Cancellations (When can I cancel my order?)

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped and is in transit. the customer is responsible for $50 shipping and handling charges for orders cancelled after they are shipped. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at care@escaroroyale.com BEFORE your order has been dispatched from our factory. Once we dispatch the order, we won’t be able to accept any cancellation requests. You can MODIFY your order once within 48 hours of order placement.

Disputes

To raise a dispute, please send an email to care@escaroroyale.com. Your email must contain name of product, order ID along with the details of your nature of concern. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. If the dispute is filed after 3 days of delivery, the same will only be  entertained at the sole discretion of Escaro Royale.
